With roots dating back to 1835, the University of West Alabama in Livingston has experienced significant enrollment growth over the past two decades, Foust Hall—originally constructed in 1922—required substantial upgrades to better support expanding administrative and faculty needs. Summerville Construction partnered with Seay, Seay & Litchfield Architects to renovate and enhance the existing structure, delivering modernized spaces while preserving the building’s historic character.
